Landscape & Maintenance Committee
- Self Help is the key to saving thousands of dollars for the association!
- The Landscape and Maintenance Committee monitors our common area and monitors our landscaping contract. An attractive common area makes our neighborhood a nicer place to live as well as maintains our property values.
- The Committee organizes an Annual Fall Cleanup and an Annual Spring Cleanup. Activities include planting, pruning, fertilizing, spreading mulch, picking up debris and sometimes doing minor repair on common hardscape structures. This saves our association thousands of dollars. Just as important, these are great times to get out and meet your neighbors.
